We’re the platform. Your photographer is your contact.
TriPrism builds the software that studios, venues, and photographers use to book sessions and deliver photos. Your studio runs the booking, takes the photos, and is responsible for delivering them to you.
That means we can’t see your reservation, access your photos, change your session, or contact your photographer on your behalf. The person who set up your shoot is the person who can actually help.
Trying to find your photos?
Almost every studio on our platform delivers photos through FindYourPictures.com. Head there with your access code, gallery link, or the email address you booked under.

Reschedules, cancellations, refunds, session times, what to wear, where to park, who’s in the photo: all of that lives with your photographer or studio. Reach out to them directly.
Can’t find your photographer?
Check your inbox for your original booking confirmation. Search for the studio’s name, the event or venue name, or terms like “booking,” “reservation,” or “photo session.”
Why can’t TriPrism help me directly?
We’re the booking and delivery infrastructure that studios use, not the studio itself. That separation is intentional. The studio you booked with owns the customer relationship, the photos, the schedule, and any refunds or accommodations. We don’t get in the middle.
